The Stubblebine Company completes $1.15 million sale of 2 Fox Road

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Garibaldi Group sold 2 Fox Rd., a 16,800 s/f industrial service and repair building to John McCarthy of NRT Bus for $1.15 million. David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, represented the seller, DRS Power Technologies and Joe Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the buyer. The industrial well-maintained single story block built with insulated metal panel construction in 1994. It has 4,000 s/f of office and support area, heavy power and several large drive-in doors. According to John McCarthy, he chose the property so that he could handle the several metro-west school bus contracts. He has 11 locations throughout the commonwealth. The Stubblebine Co. specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial/commercial properties throughout New England.
