The site has a rail spur that the buyer intends to use for deliveries of concrete products. Independent Explosives, Inc., was the seller. Davis was the sole commercial real estate broker. According to Trevor Davis Commercial R.E., 2 tenants have executed leases at Sanseer Mill Office Park, 282 Main Street Extension, between Downtown and Stop & Shop. The Village for Families and Children has leased 2,673 s/f and The Eighth leased 1,403 s/f. Davis represented the landlord, C&S Investments, LLC, and was the sole commercial real estate broker. Long Island Ophthalmic Service leased 1,752 s/f at 442R Smith St. Davis represented the landlord, Boston Middletown, LLC, and was the sole broker.
