Vainshtein joins Metrowest Commercial Real Estate

Framingham, MA Metrowest Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) has hired Michelle Vainshtein to the brokerage team. 

Vainshtein brings a unique blend of expertise from her extensive background in real estate investment and her compassionate 15-year career as a clinical social worker. Vainshtein’s educational background is as impressive as her professional experience. She holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of California Irvine and a master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Further expanding her expertise in real estate, she completed graduate-level coursework in Real Estate Investment at Harvard Extension School. 

As a resident and active community member of Holliston, Vainshtein is connected to the MetroWest area. Beyond her professional achievements, Vainshtein is involved in the local community. She serves on the Executive Board of Holliston Newcomers & Neighbors and is an active member of Mass Landlords and MetroWest Property Owners Association. Her involvement in these organizations demonstrates her commitment to fostering strong community ties and staying abreast of local real estate trends and needs. 

Vainshtein’s dual career paths have endowed her with a unique set of skills that perfectly align with MWCRE’s mission to provide personalized, informed, and strategic real estate services. Her ability to empathize, understand client needs, and provide tailored advice will undoubtedly enhance the MWCRE team’s ability to serve our clients at the highest level.
