Plainville, CT Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC attended the grand opening of the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 450 Farmington Ave. (Rte. 10). As the exclusive agent for Great American Donut, Inc., Valenti was the sole broker involved in negotiating this lease, representing both the tenant and the landlord.
Recently constructed, Dunkin’ Donuts relocated from a mid-block drive-thru location to this free-standing, drive-thru building.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is franchised to and is operated by Great American Donut, Inc. The property is owned by Bergenty Realty, LLC.
