Avison Young leases 3,678 s/f to Orangetheory Fitness in Concord

West Concord, MA According to Avison Young, Orangetheory Fitness, a leading group personal training fitness studio, has signed a lease for 3,678 s/f at Brookside Sq., located at 50-70 Beharrell St. 

Brookside Sq. is a transit-oriented development. Offering 36,000 s/f of commercial space and 74 apartments, the property features outdoor courtyards and nearby walking trails.

Orangetheory Fitness will open its 11th Massachusetts studio location after leasing at Brookside Sq.

Avison Young principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, along with associate Virginia Kerrigan, who are all based in the firm’s Boston office, represented the landlord, a partnership between Oaktree Development, Patrick Cleary of FX Investments and The Boynton Company, in the transaction. Avison Young principal Jeff Arsenault, who is also based in Boston, represented Orangetheory Fitness.

“Orangetheory has been expanding and opening new studios across the greater Boston area,” said Arsenault. “Brookside Square’s accessibility and new, modern construction offered the perfect location for the next group fitness studio.”

Orangetheory Fitness joins Tripleseat Software and Pure Barre in the building.
