Borus of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs brokers sale of 24,240 s/f industrial warehouse to Impact Plastics

22-30 Park Road - Putnam, CT

Putnam, CT NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitated the sale of 24,240 s/f of industrial warehouse space at 22-30 Park Rd. to Impact Plastics. Impact Plastics is a custom packaging company that uses advanced extrusion thermoforming to provide custom packaging solutions to a myriad of end use markets. They will utilize the property to serve warehousing/distribution needs for its manufacturing business.

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs vice president, Jeff Borus, facilitated the transaction, representing the seller. He also identified and assisted the buyer in completing the transaction.

Borus said, “It was a pleasure to work with the buyer and seller assisting them in this relatively seamless transaction.”

22 Park Rd. is a 3.5-acre site and the adjacent 30 Park Rd. includes a 24,240 s/f industrial facility on 2.3 acres, which until recently, housed Windham Container, a corrugated box manufacturing company.
