Vidal/Wettenstein brokers two transactions in Stratford, CT

999 Oronoque Lane - Stratford, CT

Stratford, CT According to Vidal/Wettenstein, a portion of the office building at 999 Oronoque Ln. has been leased to Staged Alacrity. Staged Alacrity is the tri-state areas premier staging company, offering exclusive furniture and props ideal for homes, apartments, and other staging needs. With both long and short-term rental packages, Staged provides full service design and rental expertise to ensure swift and successful real estate sales. The space will be used for corporate offices.

Kevin Colman of CB Realty represented Staged Alacrity and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein represented the property owner.

456 Seymour Street - Stratford, CT

In another Stratford transaction, a commercial property at 456 Seymour St. has been sold. The property traded for $800,000 and consists of a 3,310 s/f industrial and office building with an adjoining parcel of land. The buyer, Dawn Redman, LLC will use the property for their landscaping business. The seller, Ironman, LLC had purchased the property many years ago for their 800 Got Junk Franchise and when he sold the franchise, put the property on the market.

Sal Gruttadauria of Berkshire Hathaway represented Pablo Alcantara-Garcia, owner of Dawn Redman, and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR with Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker. Attorney Jack Lipson of Westport represented the seller.
