Meredith shared that market value is rebounding and it’s a great time to buy. Eric asked whether they see people touring houses just to be nosy and to get snacks – and both Meredith and Stephanie dissuaded that theory. However, they did share that occasionally people will get territorial about homes they want to put an offer on. Stephanie and Meredith shared anecdotes about their most memorable home sales as well as how they approach staging homes to get the best reception. The third segment continues with an interview with Thomas Astore of Rodman & Rodman PC. They are a general accounting and tax firm that has found a new niche in the green market within the past few years. Rodman & Rodman helps solar companies, farms and other green companies with green tax credits on the local, state and federal levels.
