Waldman of Waldman and Associates completes $10.862 million sale

Daniel Waldman of Waldman and Associates has completed the sale of the South Way Plaza for $10.862 million which was $ 63,000 over the asking price. The increase in the sale price was due to Waldman leasing four additional spaces and bringing the plaza to 99% occupancy. Tenants include Ocean State Job Lot, Benny's, Douglas Liquors and Cardi's Furniture. There are also several national tenants in the plaza including Aaron's Rental, Domino's Pizza, Avon and Fantastic Sam. Island Associates, was the seller and has owned the plaza for over thirty years and sold it to CAJ, LLC. Dan Waldman represented the seller, procured the buyer and arranged the financing.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
