Weirsman and Eliopoulos of Colonial Properties sell 3,270 s/f; Wasikowski Law Firm and Pellegrino Law Firm assist
Seymour, CT Kevin Weirsman and Gus Eliopoulos, commercial brokers at Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the seller, 26-28 Main Street @ Seymour LLC, in the $200,000 sale of 26-28 Main St.
The 3,270 s/f mixed use property consists of a 10-unit rooming house on the second and third floors and commercial space on the first floor. The 1,600 s/f first floor space will be renovated to be used by the owner for office space.
The attorney representing the seller was Jeff Wasikowski of Wasikowski Law Firm; the buyer’s attorney was Brian Stone of Pellegrino Law Firm.
