What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2015?

The Commercial Real Estate Market will continue to flourish. Our office has posted our highest numbers in six years. I attribute it the hard work and professionalism that my partner Ed Godin and fellow Brokers Brian Godin and Nick Longo bring to the workplace every day. The market and our success is what we make it. We can have good years in bad economies. You get back what you put in. I predict another good year! What was your greatest accomplishment in 2014? Developing a 9000 s/f retail site in Waterbury and rehabbing a 25,000 s/f office building in Southbury. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2014? Working With my Clients, Dannon Corporation and Rob Scinto of Robert D. Scinto Inc. in relocating them into a 70,000 s/f facility in the Naugatuck Industrial Park.
