The sale of Heritage Landing (Heritage One & Heritage Two) was a huge success for the Campanelli team in 2016. When we purchased the properties in 2013 they had been 100% vacant for over five years. Campanelli reinvented the entire campus and transformed the North Quincy market, creating multi-tenant buildings with modernized common area amenities including café service from downtown eatery, Sebastians, a 24/7 grab-and-go food option and a massive fitness center. The combination of amenities and the location right on the Red Line T attracted over 80% of our tenants to move from their offices in Boston and experience great rent savings and value over the CBD.
