Portsmouth, NH Kent White and Caitlin Burke of The Boulos Company have brokered the sale of 8.54 acres located at the intersection of Banfield Rd. and Peverly Hill Rd.

Positioned within one of the city’s most active corridors, the property offers development potential. The site features a wooded setting and abuts 17 acres of conservation land, providing a balance of nature and location.

“This was a unique opportunity to acquire a sizable residential-zoned parcel in Portsmouth with flexible development possibilities,” said Kent White, principal broker and partner at The Boulos Company. “We’re excited to see how the buyer contributes to meeting the area’s growing need for housing.”

This transaction underscores the continued strength of the local market and the high demand for well-located land in the sought-after New Hampshire Seacoast region.
