Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate arranges three retail leases totaling 5,300 s/f

Darien, CT Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) exclusively represented three retailers leasing over 5,300 s/f in retail space at Heights Crossing, 346 Heights Rd.

Pvolve is a functional fitness method that combines functional movements with resistance-based equipment to strengthen the body without stressing the joints. Pvolve focuses on building mobility, stability, and strength through low-impact, high-intensity exercises that mimic everyday movements. Pvovle plans to open their first Connecticut location in August. 

Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids plans to open their doors over the summer with their fourth Connecticut shop. Sharkey’s is a children’s hair salon franchise that focuses on creating an enjoyable haircut experience for kids and their parents.

Raphaël’s Bakery, established in 2020 (during the pandemic) in Greenwich, CT, will be opening their second shop. The French bakery is owned and operated by Charlotte and Raphaël Dequeker along with their three sons. The bakery offers baked goods, pastries, coffee, fresh breads and sandwiches. The bakery is well known in Greenwich and often has a line of customers outside the door.
