Wickey of Saugatuck Real Estate brokers two leases totaling 3,350 s/f
Westport, CT Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented gorjana in leasing 1,000 s/f at 74 Main St. Wicky was the sole broker. Gorjana, a jewelry boutique based in CA, opened its first Connecticut location on Greenwich Ave. in early 2022 and anticipates opening its Westport store in spring/summer 2023. Gorjana operates 40 boutiques in lifestyle centers and high street locations nationwide.
Wickey also represented Courtgirl in leasing their first bricks and mortar location, 2,350 s/f on the upper level of 125 Main St. Marina Merzel, a club tennis player and branding specialist, introduced the retail line of gift and sport related products for tennis and golf in 2019. These products are now sold in over 500 private clubs, pro shops and sports store locations in US and Europe.
