Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate handles lease of former IHOP to JETSET Pilates

Westport, CT Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented the landlord, French 520 Post Road East LLC, in leasing the former, iconic IHOP at 520 Post Rd. East to JETSET Pilates. The former IHOP operated for decades until closing in 2005. 

JETSET Pilates leased the full building and was represented by Lisa Daniel of RIPCO. JETSET Pilates, based in Miami, is a market leader in reformer pilates. JETSET Pilates is either open or in development in 100+ locations across 20 states. Tenant plans to open mid-summer 2026. 

SCRE is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company. SCRE represents retail and office tenants, landlords, developers and investors in leasing, sales and investments. The company offers advisory services for growing and early-stage retailers as well as design and planning services to investors and developers.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
