Wilder Companies names new merchants and renovations

The Wilder Companies has announced new additions and changes at two Boston area locations. CityPlace is an urban center developed by Boylston Properties that includes a bustling food court, street level retail shops and full service dining selections including, P.F. Chang's, Vapiano, California Pizza Kitchen, and the recently remodeled Rock Bottom Brewery. It is located in the Massachusetts State Transportation Building in Boston's lively Theatre District. Panera Bread joined CityPlace this spring, adding a fast casual option to the center's many dining choices. The popular eatery is taking over 4,100 s/f at the corner of Tremont and Stuart Sts. Emerson College is also expanding at CityPlace by over 1,500 s/f, bringing their presence to nearly 10,300 s/f. CityPlace is brimming with exterior and interior renovations that are nearing completion. "The changes to the façade engage and liven the street level and the pedestrian experience," said David Manfredi of Elkus l Manfredi Architects, the designer and architect for the renovation. In the Arsenal Mall area in Watertown, Massachusetts' first location of Miller's Ale House recently opened at 617 Arsenal St. The location is immediately adjacent to The Home Depot at Arsenal Mall and is a former Bugaboo Creek restaurant. It is on the street level corner of the parking garage with over 200 feet of storefront visibility. The development is a joint venture of Boylston Properties and Camco Management Co. Both locations are leased by The Wilder Companies.
