Wise of Real Estate Advisors leases 11,002 s/f to Dollar Tree
According to Brixmor Property Group, a 11,002 s/f Dollar Tree recently opened at Pine Tree Shopping Center located in the southeast corner of I-95 and Brighton Ave., on Brighton Ave. at Reno Rd.
John Wise of Real Estate Advisors, Sutton, Mass. represented Dollar Tree.
Brixmor is the owner of Pine Tree Shopping Center and was represented by Charles Davis with Brixmor.

Franklin, NH Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of three retail properties in New Hampshire for a total of $6.285 million. Jake Mabardy, Aaron Huntley and Brad Canova of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Franklin Shopping Center. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.595 million.
