North Branch building fireworks whse./store

Londonderry, NH North Branch Construction is building a one story, 7,874 s/f warehouse/retail store for Alamo Fireworks. Construction includes structural steel, steel stud with gypsum interior and 3/4 inch exterior plywood with fiber cement clapboards on the building front and 2 inch composite panel on the rear of the building, with a flat white fully adhered rubber roof.

Udelsman Associates provided the project design. Construction will be completed in early 2009.
