Cardente R.E. leases 1,000 s/f to Tandem Coffee Roasters in Portland
According to Cardente Real Estate, Tandem Coffee Roasters, LLC has leased 1,000 s/f of industrial/ service space at 122 Anderson St.
This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Anderson Street Realty, LLC, by Michael Cardente of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the tenant by Benita Dunton of Magnusson Belfour Commercial & Business Brokers.
