Angel Commercial L.L.C., completed the sale of 165 Benton St., a 3,300 s/f industrial building and .31 acres of vacant land adjacent to the building, to Mr.Handyman of Upper Fairfield County from Modern Welding for $500,000.
Modern Welding owned and operated as a welding service company for 36 years from this Benton St. location.
Mr. Handyman has been servicing Greater Fairfield County since 2004 with a Fairfield location and this acquisition results in a second office in Fairfield County.
"Mr. Handyman was looking for a Stratford location and this property offered them the space and parking they required for their expanding business," said Brett Sherman, senior vice president, Angel Commercial.
