Vocell Bus, one of New England’s leading school-bus transportation companies locally owned and operated by the Goodman family, occupies 16,000 s/f. General Insulation, a major distributor of commercial and industrial insulation, HVAC products, and fire stop products, occupies 53,350 s/f at 378 Commercial St.
