Braintree, MA Mayor Joe Sullivan joined Jack Conway Realtors agents and guests, and developer George Clements as they cut the ceremonial red ribbon and officially opened the Riverwalk, the South Shore’s newest condominium community.

Located at 205 Elm St., outside of Braintree Sq., the 1.7-acre development offers twelve, 2 and 1-bedroom units, some with river views. Conway-Hingham agent Christopher Miller is the exclusive listing agent on the property, which was built at the site of the former Braintree Elks and the original Cachato Club, a social function hall that opened in 1898.

“I’m so happy that this historic area will have new life as a neighborhood of beautiful homes,” said mayor Sullivan, speaking to guests at the Riverwalk grand opening. “It’s an honor to welcome this quality new construction that, like all of George Clements’ developments, reflects superb craftsmanship throughout.”

Conway CEO Carol Conway Bulman thanked the mayor and other local officials for their attendance at the grand opening and expressed her firm’s pleasure in representing the  subdivision.

“We are honored to be chosen to partner with George on the marketing and sale of the Riverwalk,” said Bulman. “We already have three units under contract, and I’m betting this community will be very much in demand and sell out quickly.”

Condo units at the Braintree development offer two to three baths, upscale kitchens, hardwood floors, private entrances, and direct access to heated 2-car garages.

“Some of the homes are ready for immediate occupancy, but many can still be customized with your choice of finishes,” said Miller. “The location is great for shopping and dining, and offers close proximity to the commuter rail and Red line stations with quick access to the highway, just minutes from Boston.”
