Eastham, MA DJSA Architecture PC was chosen to provide the architectural design for extensive renovation of the 115,000 s/f Four Points by Sheraton located at 3800 State Hwy (Rte. 6).

DJSA Architecture was retained by JNR Management, a firm specializing in management services for new and existing hotels, to provide the architectural design in the renovation of virtually every area of the property. Dennis Swart, president of DJSA Architecture PC, said that the design included renovation for all 106 guest rooms, three function rooms, and a re-designed and expanded lobby, restaurant and bar area. He said that, in addition, a new passenger elevator and second floor “bridge” was designed to connect all floors, as well as the north and south wings of the hotel.

Four Points by Sheraton Eastham has long been a popular destination for travelers. The Eastham hotel features include a full service restaurant and bar, three function rooms, indoor pool, modernized fitness center and business center. It is situated close to a number of local attractions, including Nauset Lighthouse, a working lighthouse two miles away, and whale watching cruises.

“We were pleased to work with JNR Management on this project,” said Swart, adding, “they are a first-rate organization and their properties reflect their commitment to excellence.”
