Gambaccini of KW Commercial earns CCIM designation

Bedford, NH Dave Gambaccini, commercial broker, KW Commercial, has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by CCIM Institute. The designation was awarded during a pinning ceremony on April 11 during CCIM Institute’s Midyear Governance Meetings at the Grand Hyatt in Tampa, FL.

Gambaccini was among the 164 designees honored by CCIM Institute and their local chapter members. 

The new CCIMs have varying years of experience and work in all aspects of the commercial real estate profession. They hail from 37 states and Canada.

Dave said, “Achieving the CCIM Designation was an overwhelming experience in education, time and perseverance. As one of only 42 CCIM Designees in New England, I am humbled by the opportunity to be included in such an elite group of commercial real estate professionals, which is ultimately for the benefit of supporting my clients.”

To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination. Dave is on the Board of Directors and a member of NHCIBOR, he holds a seat on the Town of Bedford Conservation Commission, is a Certified Therapy Dogs International, Dog Handler where he and his therapy dog Harvey volunteer at the Catholic Medical Center to visit patients and The Bedford Village Morning School for the kids. Dave is a recent kidney donor and supports Donate Life.
