Contoocook, NH Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented Louisa Porter in the sale of 881 Main St. to Declan Holdings, LLC. Known as “The Davis House,” the 8-unit residential property, has held a prominent place in the fountain square area of the towns village since 1890. Financing was provided by Sean Skabo of Merrimack County Savings Bank and attorney Mark Dunn facilitated the closing. According to public records, the property sold for $454,000. 

Litchfield joined Concord Commercial in 2009 after a 20 year career in commercial banking. She became co-owner in 2011 and took over ownership of the firm from the founding partner, Jody Keeler, in 2013.
