Trumbull, CT O,R&L Commercial completed the $4.5 million sale of the former Canon USA North American Headquarters at 100 Oakview Dr. The 78,692 s/f office building on 10.78 acres will be demolished to make way for a new ground-up rental community consisting of 202 units in six buildings. 

Tim McMahon and Rich Lee of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Canon USA and procured the buyer, Trumbull Developers, LLC.
