Trumbull, CT Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. has acquired CLD Consulting Engineers, Inc. This acquisition produces a company of nearly 350 engineers, scientists and planners in 11 offices throughout New England. This growth has been part of both companies’ long-term strategic plans, and the acquisition was nearly a year-long process. Both companies wanted to ensure that this combining of expertise would benefit their clients, and they are confident that it will.
Over the past 90 years, Fuss & O’Neill has established itself as a leader in land development, traffic/transportation, water resources, environmental services, and facilities engineering. Combining CLD’s expertise in highway and bridge design, traffic/transportation services, municipal engineering and private development, produces a company well-equipped to solve the challenges of public and private clients throughout New England.
