O’Brien Commercial Properties leases 10,565 s/f to Aries Laboratories LLC

Marlborough, MA Aries Laboratories LLC has signed a five-year lease commitment at 257 Simarano Dr. Aries, a testing lab, will occupy 10,565 s/f in the multi-tenant life science and technology incubator.
Eric O’Brien, president of O’Brien Commercial Properties of Concord represented the landlord, 257 Simarano LLC.
