ONE SOURCE Companies celebrates 5th anniversary

April 20, 2018 - Connecticut

Wallingford, CT ONE SOURCE founder, Nicholas Lombardi, began his real estate career while attending Marist College. After obtaining his license he focused on commercial property transactions. He eventually joined a national facility management organization and recognized the need for a comprehensive solution for those managers or owners who were responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and disposing of the properties under their oversight. In 2013, Lombardi founded ONE SOURCE Companies to provide these services in the northeast. He and his experienced management team, whom he recruited from within the facility management field, aligned ONE SOURCE with premier service providers and tradesmen in the region.

Since then, ONE SOURCE has been offering services to a growing client base that includes: Cornell Scott Hill Health Center, Yale University, US Vascular Management Group, and DRT Power Systems.

Lombardi said, “ONE SOURCE offers a unique alternative to an in-house facilities department. We believe that the evolution of facilities management is a performance-based model for ‘best-in-class’ facility services.”

Every customer requires different levels of service and every facility is unique. As such, ONE SOURCE offers customized, strategic facility management programs that enable the customer to focus on core business initiatives.

Highlights of the program include: Single point of contact for over 45 trades, RFP and work scope management, asset tracking and warranty administration, contractor licensing and compliance, and 24/7/365 availability via phone or web.
