Falmouth, ME Portside Real Estate Group is celebrating five years of helping homeowners and buyers across southern Maine. Founded by owner Dava Davin in 2012 with a team of six agents, Portside has grown to 41 employees and has offices in Falmouth and Portland.

Portside continues to increase sales volume, with a surge of growth happening in the last two years. The agency sold 376 homes in 2016, a nearly 60% increase from 2015. With projected 2017 sales of $175 million, Portside is again set to record significant growth for the fifth year in a row.

Portside recently announced their plans to open a new headquarters that will buck the current real estate trend of remote work, and offer agents a place to collaborate with colleagues and have more face-to-face interactions with clients. Portside will move from their current location to their new headquarters, located at 417 Route One in Falmouth, at the end of November. 

As a boutique agency, Portside focuses on the community in which they serve and works to get involved beyond the home buying and selling process. Through their “Portside Gives Back” program, Portside donates $20,000 each year to local nonprofits.
