VHB signs 8,700 s/f lease at Mercantile Center

Worcester, MA A multi-year, long-term lease for 8,700 s/f of class A office space at Mercantile Center, was signed by VHB, a national engineering, science, planning, and design firm. VHB will occupy the fifth floor at 120 Front St.

Headquartered in Watertown, VHB has 450 employees in Mass. with locations in Hyannis, Boston and Springfield. 

The firm will employ 30 in its new office at Mercantile Center.

“We are excited to relocate our Worcester office to Mercantile Center, close to City Hall, new retail, restaurants, and entertainment,” said Justin Dufresne, principal and office manager. “For us, it’s an important step in our long-term growth in the area and dedication to Worcester.”
