March 26: BUILDING UP DOWNTOWN CROSSING
After many delays and false starts, Downtown Crossing is poised to be transformed into a 24/7 mixed-use neighborhood. Learn about what makes this a neighborhood poised for transformation, hear about the current status of ongoing development projects in the area and what lessons were learned that can be applied to other business districts.


March 27: BIG CHANGES COMING TO
BROWNFIELDS REGULATIONS
The proposed changes to the MCP regulations will affect, among other things, indoor air quality, site closure, urban fill, AULs, and more. This in-depth NAIOP program will provide you with the technical information needed to understand how the proposed changes could affect a wide range of properties and related transactions in Massachusetts.


March 28: WORKING WITH LAWYERS 101
Dealing with lawyers and legal documents is a large part of working in real estate. It is important to know how different legal documents work and to learn the familiar negotiating points. This program is open to Developing Leaders age 35 and under.


April 3: REVAMPING RETAIL
Over the past decade, the urban retail environment has experienced multiple shifts and changes. Retail now has the potential to add significant value to mixed-use developments, including residential, office and academic spaces. A panel of development, design and leasing experts will share the latest on what's working and what's not.


April 9: PROFESSIONAL SPORTS AND
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
This one-of-a-kind program will focus on the real estate side of sports in Boston. Professional sports teams, and the real estate development trends that surround them, have played a dramatic role in shaping the communities in which they are located. Join us for a dynamic panel discussion regarding the challenges team and facility owners face, followed by a cocktail hour to raise awareness for Team IMPACT. Presented by the Developing Leaders, open to all ages.


April 10: COMMUNITY CONNECT
