What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you? I’m a partner and full-time mom of two active teenage boys. One is involved in numerous sports, and one has special medical needs requiring total care. Having exemplary multitasking and time-management skills is imperative to succeed as a professional and as a parent. Planning and prioritizing is the most critical aspect of time management strategies. I prepare lists of active work matters and tasks and deadlines for the same, and I tackle the tasks in order of priority to avoid missing deadlines, allowing me to be there for all of my kids’ events without missing a beat at work.
