What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? One project I’m proud of is the ROPOS Crane Barge for the Department of Commerce under NOAA. We provided specialized crane barge services for the Henry Bigelow in Rhode Island, supporting marine operations. This project enabled more efficient vessel operations for critical environmental research, helping NOAA monitor ocean health. It positively impacted both the organization’s mission and the community by advancing scientific studies vital for resource management and climate change understanding.

Who or what has inspired you most in your career, and what advice would you share with the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry? My dad has been my biggest inspiration in my career. He’s always been my biggest cheerleader, encouraging me to pursue my passions and never give up. His unwavering belief in me has shaped my journey. My advice to the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry would be: “You are never as far away from your dreams as you think, so keep moving forward.” Perseverance and self-belief are key – don’t let obstacles hold you back from achieving your goals.

What’s your favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work? I love to cook and spend time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
