Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties handles two leases totalling 4,608 s/f

Coastline International has leased the remaining 2,400 s/f of space at 19 Bonazzoli Ave. Joel Aho, vice president of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the building owner, Samir Zebian, and procured the tenant directly. In addition, Aho and O'Brien Commercial Properties secured long term leases for the balance of this flex building to two other tenants in 2010. Portcullis Systems has leased 2,208 s/f of office space at 85 Ames St. in Marlboro. Aho represented 320-330 Middlesex Avenue LLC and directly procured the tenant. In addition, David Swain Associates from Shirley purchased an 8,750 s/f office condominium at 6 Lyberty Way in Westford from MB Reality. Aho represented the seller and procured the buyer in this brokerage transaction.
