Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate sells 8,100 s/f for $1.125 million

Marlene Aron, senior broker of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, has sold 83 Cedar St., an 8,100 s/f single story building located on Rte. 85 at the Rte. 495 intersection for $1.125 million. Aron represented the seller and Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer, Seven Hills Foundation, a non-profit organization who trains and works with disabled adults. The site was chosen due to its location, condition and parking. Aron said, "83 Cedar St. was one of the nicest buildings and easiest deals for me in my 28 years in the business. The seller kept the property in pristine condition, the buyers were thrilled to get the building for their clientele, attorneys Donald Bloch of Posternak, Blankstein & Lund for the seller and Lucy Brennan of Fletcher Tilton for the buyers made everything move along perfectly and Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky was terrific to work with. I was able to list the property in August and close 72 days later, which is a very short timeframe in our current market."
