Boston, MA The Lean Construction Institute (LCI) is a non-profit organization seeking to transform the construction industry through lean project delivery. Their annual event is coming to Boston’s Seaport this October, and ASM is proud to exhibit at this event, in booth #200! The event itself will cover topics such as safety, scaling lean in the enterprise, change in design, the collaborative environment, and more.
