Avison Young assigned property management contract at 300 Crown Colony Drive - retained by Grander Capital Partners

According to Steve Prozinski, Avison Young principal and director of property management, the companies New England property management team has been retained by Grander Capital Partners to manage 118,000 s/f at 300 Crown Colony Dr. "We are thrilled to managed 300 Crown Colony, in this wonderful park. Our team really got to know the asset during due diligence as we spent a lot of time helping Grander Capital with this purchase," said Prozinski. 300 Crown Colony Dr. is a five-story, 118,000 s/f class A office building located near the intersection of I-93 and Rte. 3. The property features 25,000 s/f floor plates, conference facilities and a five-story atrium. The building is 100% leased. The new ownership, Grander Capital, is a full service commercial real estate investment management company, based in Boston. "Avison Young's management team has done a great job managing our properties. Specifically, on this purchase, their help during the due diligence process was invaluable.
