Avison Young has completed five lease transactions totaling 29,572 s/f at 77 North Washington St. Avison Young principal Karyn McFarland and Matthew Twombly, a vice president in the Boston office, serve as the exclusive representatives for the landlord, The Finch Group, doing business as 77 NW, LLC. The leases bring the 120,000 s/f building to 100% occupancy.
Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) completed a lease renewal for 13,889 s/f. The transaction represents ASM's second renewal at the building. CoreStrategy Corp. and CBRE/New England represented ASM. In addition to ASM, creative agency Cercone Brown and Company, LLC and technology startupTalko Inc. each renewed leases for 4,033 s/f and 2,750 s/f, respectively. Audley Travel US, Inc., relocated into 6,945 s/f from Marblehead. Financial advisor Edward Jones opened a new 1,955 s/f retail location on the first floor.
77 North Washington St. is a nine-story office building located near Faneuil Hall, TD Garden and the North End with access to the MBTA, commuter rails and expressways.
The Boston landmark has interior elements from the turn-of-the-century mercantile buildings including terra cotta ceilings, exposed brick and abundant natural light.
