Providence, RI BOND, one of the Northeast’s premier full-service construction management and general contracting companies, is expanding to the state of Rhode Island with the opening of a new Providence location. The new office is located at One Cedar St., Suite 100.

Leading the office is Dan Ramos, regional manager. In his new role, Ramos is responsible for expanding BOND’s geographical presence throughout R.I., Southeastern Mass. and Eastern Conn.  He works with a new office leadership team including James “Bo” Koloski, director of client services and Kim Silvestri, project executive.  Koloski leads the business development effort for Rhode Island, while Silvestri is focused on leading BOND’s healthcare projects.

“I want to congratulate BOND on their new location and welcome them to the historic Federal Hill neighborhood,” said mayor Elorza.

“BOND’s decision to come to Providence is a positive indication of the type of growth I wish to promote for our great city. We look forward to seeing BOND play a valuable role in the Providence community.”

“We are excited and proud to have a new home base in Providence,” said Robert Murray, BOND president, “We’ve established many successful client relationships and business partnerships throughout Rhode Island. This new location will allow us to provide the most reliable services to our clients and expand our offerings throughout the Northeast.”
