According to Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., and Bradford Allen a Chicago-based, national commercial real estate company, Delaware Life is has moved it Mass. office from 96 Worcester St. in Wellesley Hills, to Reservoir Place at 1601 Trapelo Rd.
Delaware Life, a leading provider of annuity and life insurance products in the U.S., occupies 37,000 s/f of the building, and will remain at Reservoir Place for seven years, according to their contract.
Reservoir Place is situated on a 44.7-acre site 12 miles from Boston, adjacent to the Trapelo Rd. interchange along Rte. 128. It includes two multi-tenant class A office buildings with more than 2,100 surface and covered parking spaces, and contains the largest multi-tenant office building on Rte. 128. Amenities include shared conference rooms, two full-height glass atriums, a café, a coffee shop, a fitness center, and a lobby shop.
Principal and co-president Jeffrey Bernstein of Bradford Allen acted as national corporate real estate advisor to Delaware Life and executive managing director and principal John Boyle III and vice president Ryan Romano of Cassidy Turley represented Delaware Life. Matt Murray and Dave Provost of Boston Properties represented the landlord, Boston Properties.
