Wellesley, MA The Community Associations Institute, New England Chapter (CAI-NE), one of 64 CAI chapters affiliated with the Community Associations Institute (CAI) recognized as the leading authority in community association governance, education and management and provider of resources and information for homeowners, volunteer board leaders, professional managers and business professionals, welcomes dozens of CAI-NE member volunteers who will join the chapter’s 2023 boards and committees.

According to CAI and the Foundation for Community Association Research (FCAR) as of 2020 an estimated 74.1 million people live in community associations which includes condominiums, homeowner associations and cooperatives. The report also estimates that there are more than 356,000 community associations in the United States. 

The New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NE), established in March 1973 and currently one of the top five chapters in the country with more than 1600 members, offers New England association leaders, homeowners and industry professionals and service providers a variety of local member benefits including educational workshops, seminars and webinars with experienced industry speakers; social and networking events bringing together community association leaders and professionals; industry resources and publications for reference; as well as a host of other information designed specifically for the unique challenges facing New England communities.
