Callahan Construction Managers completes 492-unit Elevation Apartments at Crown Colony - 492-unit project owned by the John Flatley Co.

Quincy, MA Callahan Construction Managers (Callahan) has completed Elevation Apartments at Crown Colony, a large-scale apartment complex. The 492-unit, 688,664 s/f project is owned by the John Flatley Co. and was designed by Sheskey Architects.

Elevation Apartments at Crown Colony is comprised of eight buildings that include four, 5-story apartment buildings with a garage, two 6-story buildings with a garage, a maintenance building and a clubhouse. There are a total of 492 apartments comprised of a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging from 551 s/f to 1,363 s/f.

Amenities include a clubhouse that includes a lounge with a fireplace and TV, a clubroom with a bar, fitness room, restrooms, outside showers, swimming pool and a large man-made pond with a “Central Park” area.

“We appreciate the opportunity to work with the John Flatley Co. to deliver such an important project in Quincy,” said Patrick Callahan, president of Callahan. “We have also worked on many projects with Sheskey Architects and always enjoy collaborating as a team with them on innovative design elements and the construction process.”

Construction on the apartment complex began in July of 2016 and took 28 months to complete.
