Cardente Real Estate brokers 2,600 s/f lease to Elevation Burger
According to Cardente Real Estate, Elevation Burger has leased 2,600 s/f of restaurant space at 85 Western Ave. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, 85 Western Avenue, LLC, by Karen Rich of Cardente and on behalf of the tenant by Matthew Cardente of Cardente.
