$5.25m sale of 500 acre property

Charlemont, MA SR Commercial has completed the sale of a New England estate located at 133 Warfield Rd., brokered by Jeremy Casey, managing broker at SR Commercial. The property, featuring nine buildings and spanning over 500 acres, sold for $5.25 million.
