Cawley and Braun of United Multi Family brokers two sales totaling $6.15 million

Waterbury, CT United Multi Family (UMF) brokered the sale of an 80-unit complex known as the Diamond Court Apartments located at 150 Manhan St., for $5 million ($62,500 per unit). Kurt Cawley of UMF handled the sale. The townhouse style residences were built in 1992 and consist of 24 two-bedrooms, 54 three-bedrooms, and 2 four-bedrooms. Cawley was able to sell the property in an off market transaction as per the request of the owner.

Also, UMF brokered the sale of a 12-unit apartment building located at 395 Purchase St. in Easton, Mass. for $1.15 million ($95,833 per unit). Jason Braun of UMF handled the sale. The two-story brick and aluminum sided residences were built in 1971 and consist of 6 two-bedroom, 5 one-bedroom and 1 studio apartment. Situated on a .95 acre site, there is off street parking and a coin-op laundry facility. Recent improvements include replacement windows, updated septic system, electric panels, fire detection system and LED lighting in common areas. Braun was able to sell the property in an off market transaction as per the request of the owner. Financing to acquire the property was provided by Mansfield Savings Bank.
