Chapman, Glynn, Hayden and Starr join Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster

Boston, MA Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster has added four new attorneys over the last four months. Hillary Gray Chapman, Caitlin Glynn, Jonathan Hayden and Danielle Starr have joined the firm as associates.

Gray Chapman joins the firm’s insurance practice group. Her practice focuses on insurance receiverships, complex insurance coverage disputes, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate legal officer for the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 (ICTY) in the Netherlands. Previously, she was an associate with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Cooley Manion Jones LLP. Hillary received her J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School, and her B.A. from Williams College where she graduated  cum laude and with honors.

Glynn joins the firm’s trusts and estates department. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate law. Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin was an associate at Taylor, Ganson & Perrin, LLP. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from Boston College, in each case with a cum laude distinction.

Hayden joins the firm’s real estate department. His practice focuses on commercial real estate and finance transactions, and zoning and land use matters. Prior to joining the firm, Hayden was an associate at the McCormack Firm and also served four years on active duty as a captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. He was a criminal prosecutor with the 18th Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg in North Carolina, and an administrative law and legal assistance attorney with the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Hayden received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University, where he graduated cum laude. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University.

Starr joins the firm’s family law department. Her practice focuses exclusively in the area of domestic relations, including complex divorces, custody disputes, paternity actions, guardianships, antenuptial agreements, modifications and contempts. Prior to joining the firm, Starr was an associate with Prince Lobel Tye, LLP and also served as a judicial clerk in both the Suffolk County Probate and Family Court and the Middlesex County Probate and Family Court. She received her J.D. from New England School of Law, and her B.A. from Skidmore College.
