Chestnut Hill Realty highlights social responsibility efforts in annual report

Chestnut Hill, MA Chestnut Hill Realty (CHR) has released its 2025 CHR Cares Annual Report, detailing the company’s continued commitment to responsible business practices and benefiting the communities it serves.

The report showcases a year of progress across a range of initiatives that reflect CHR’s values-driven approach – one that prioritizes environmental responsibility, supports employee growth, and strengthens connections with residents and local communities. Through CHR Cares, the company integrates social responsibility into its day-to-day operations while fostering a positive culture that permeates throughout the entire organization – both at the corporate level and across its 13 apartment communities in Greater Boston and Providence.
