Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT leases 4,200 s/f to Orangetheory Fitness

Ridgefield, CT Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT has completed a lease transaction with Orangetheory Fitness to occupy 4,200 s/f in Keough Plaza. 

“We are excited to bring Orangetheory Fitness to the Ridgefield community and help members live healthier, more vibrant lives,” said Tara Costa, managing owner of Orangetheory, Danbury.

Orangetheory’s opening is anticipated for September 2019. Dan Sousa and Todd Payne of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the landlord in the 10-year deal.  Orangetheory Fitness was represented by Rob Marona of Newmark Knight Frank.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
